on 1/28/11I had concerns based upon reviews left but took a chance knowing that I could contest the charge with my credit card company if I had encountered any issues. I believe that is standard for most major U.S. based credit (not debit) card companies.
It's difficult to get the credit card company to return your money. You need to contest the transaction etc.
I think my bank said they won't be able to force them to return the money and it's not fraud cause you gave them the details yourself.
HOWEVER! You could report them to the FBI for mail/internet fraud or something of the sort - as they would take your money and NOT provide the service. I think that carries pretty large punishments so it's likely they'd not risk that and return your money.
They did in the end return my money but it took about 4 months.
