I applied for passport renewal over a month ago. I paid $69 and have not heard from them since. Have not received a package as promised. I'll like to know
How to proceed to have my money refunded since I
Didn't receive anything from them but an email. What recourse do I have? Are they an illegimate business. I thought they were the official passport site.

Pam that is incorrect. I have a capital one card, the charges were reversed. You have recourse through your credit card company. You cannot be charged for something that they agreed to in their "terms of agreement". Yes this is a scam, but any credit card company will reverse the charges for something not fulfilled by this company

Apparently, if you agree to their terms, you have no recourse. It seems they do not provide a Passport at all, just the completed application. The money you paid does not apply to the passport fee to the U.S. Government.
