Hi Joellen - most products are not manufactured in the USA, however, they are all warehoused and shipped from multiple facilities across the country.

What is going on with you guys? you have been awesome in the past. i've referred you to clients numerous times and no one is happy. get it together!

Same! Something is going on with them. Never had a problem with orders in the past, but last two orders in December never arrived and no one answers their phone number or returns emails to support.

Has anyone ever actually received a refund from this company after going through their return portal?

Of course, the portal is automated. As soon as the return product is in transit, the refund is automatically issued.

My order is 44930. the automated return portal says both return the items and don't return items. no return label provided, no money back.
