If i order an engraved piece and am not happy with it, can it be returned?

Answer:

Their website looks nice but their quality is trash! Don't trust your precious memories to them. Just awful

What does 100%satisfaction mean. ?? i recieved a doll that was a brunette hair and brown eyes. i did not think it looked so dark skinned on the website.but when i got it, it looked more like a indian doll than a caucasion doll .if i woild have known it would look like this i would have ordered the blonde one. since it states 100%satisfation garranteed, just what does that mean since i'm not at all satisfied????

Answer:

They won't fix it. I called customer service and they pretty much said to bad. Also they may make you a new one but charge you 50% and the shipping charge.

I'm about to place an order for a personalized knife and was wondering if the personalization is engraved or just printed on it?

Answer:

I wouldn't if I was you. Use another company if you can. I haven't received the order I placed over 20 days ago. Don't recommend them at all. My experience.
