It's very peculiar that you suddenly have a flurry of positive reviews -- dated April 15 -- from buyers who say they received their orders promptly. What about the rest of us, who ordered before them? And what about my refund? How many times do I need to write you before I even get the courtesy of a reply?

Hello, as everyone knows we received many more orders than we could handle in March. All of the orders were shipped out and have now been delivered. We are extremely sorry for the delay and have made improvements in our processes so that this will not happen again.

Has anyone received their products... I ordered mine march 9th... and still nothing. I did receive a message on April 6th that the product was on it's way in 10-15 business days... Friday was the 10th business day. It is so upsetting to believe in a company and such a beautiful product. My husband has stage 3B lung Cancer and this is something we were going to use just to bring a positive energy into his healing. He is weak... 6 weeks for a person this sick is a very long time. My heart breaks thinking I have been scammed. What a terrible thing to do to people.
