Is this fake company? They should have sent an email regarding My order. They only took our $399 from my credit card. Is Pro Winds real company or fake company?

They are completely unresponsive to email and phone. If I were you I would cancel the order and find another source. I'm going to have to go through my credit card company to get a refund on mouthpiece audition
