ProWinds gets their items shipped straight from the distributor. It would be best to contact them through the online live chat or email to let them know. Most of the time they are at liberty of the distributor and can't help but receive the backlash.
I did get a response via messenger a couple weeks ago - but they never pick up the phone or return a call. I'm having to go through my credit card company
They are completely unresponsive to email and phone. If I were you I would cancel the order and find another source. I'm going to have to go through my credit card company to get a refund on mouthpiece audition
