I cannot believe the rudeness of your answer to this customer. Even if the facts you presented are true, you should have chosen to do so in a more professional manner. Based on that, I will not do business with you (and I was in the process of investigating what people had to say about your website). Perhaps you should have written the post, but never sent it. Your response is very unprofessional, and quite frankly gives credence to the complaint above. I imagine you have lost quite a few potential customers due to your post.
