Why are you not giving people refunds? Policy online says you DO but you don't!! I read all the negative reviews.
The return policy: Refund Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and returned to you same way you paid.
I'm reporting all of this experience to the Bank & Paypal!
I have an order in for 2 top pieces and have my Order # from your email to me. But I have not had any email on time that these would be shipped out.
I have ordered a wig for over £100 and it has not arrived tried emails no answers what can I do to get my money back

Read the above reviews. A month wait and then a very WRONG wig, unfit to wear, wrong size, wrong color, shoddy workmanship from CHINA! You've ben had/scammed! Contact your credit card company, PayPal or however you paid to try to stop payment to the scammers.
