Answer:

Call them right away and tell them you do not want a membership and request a refund of monthly subscription cost!

Answer:

I just called them and reached a recording since it is Saturday. It did tell me, however, to send an email to support@shopfemthings.com with "cancel membership" in the subject line to cancel my membership. I hope it works because I did it... and I hope it helps you too!

Answer:

You can do that through the website or by calling. I would call either way to confirm your monthly subscription has been cancelled. Check your account for next month or two to make sure they have done so. On a bright note: I WAS refunded my 2nd month's subscription fee, I saw the credit when I checked my account. But I was told the first month could not be refunded - so time is of the essence!

According to your faq on femthings website, an order can be changed/cancelled if it has not been shipped. why can't i cancel order placed 3 hrs ago?

I ordered several bracelets from this website on 12-1-16. the money was charged to my bank account on 12-5-16. the website says delivery take no more than 3 weeks. i have yet to receive any of my bracelets, that were going to be christmas presents, and now they've charged me nearly $60 in monthly "membership" fees because they counted my 3 separate purchases as 3 separate customers!!! i've emailed their customer service, and not reply. calling my bank today. how ironic that a website that claims to help support women, is the same company that's ripping off us off.
