According to your FAQ on FemThings website, an order can be changed/cancelled if it has not been shipped. Why can't I cancel order placed 3 hrs ago?
I ordered several bracelets from this website on 12-1-16. The money was charged to my bank account on 12-5-16. The website says delivery take no more than 3 weeks. I have YET to receive ANY of my bracelets, that were going to be Christmas presents, and now they've charged me nearly $60 in monthly "Membership" fees because they counted my 3 separate purchases as 3 separate customers!!! I've emailed their customer service, and not reply. Calling my bank today. How ironic that a website that claims to help support women, is the same company that's ripping off us off.
