Why has my order not even shipped yet ??? i was promised 2 day shipping as the delivery is time sensitive. also, how has my order not even left the warehouse.... it's still processing???

Answer:

Beware. Horrific company. It is a scam and customer service won't do anything you request. I have NY and CO and now they don't send return labels for Shoprunner expects you to print them. I have requested them to cancel but they haven't yet. I never even signed up with them, I guess I hit the wrong thing. I am furious for all this trouble. Join Amazon Prime. The best

Why shoprunner advertise they have 140+ stores when its like less than 100 stores listed?

Answer:

I'm not sure I'm right but I think it's mostly because not too many stores can guarantee 2 day shipping anymore and it's cheaper for them to ship standard shipping.

What are my options if not delivered in 2 days

ShopRunner provides that your order will be delivered within 2 business days from the date the order ships. Most retailers have a cut-off time for shipping an order on the same date it was placed. Unless there was some type of order processing delay, the order should ship the same or next business day. If you have not received your order, please contact ShopRunner Member Services at 888-721-7467 or via email at memberservices@shoprunner.com. A representative will be happy to look into this issue. What exactly does shoprunner do if you don't process or ship orders? this question is in response to a customer service reply to my negative review.

Hi Lottie. You are correct, ShopRunner does not process your order nor ship your products. The retailer with which you placed your order does that. ShopRunner is in partnership with top retailers and brands to offer our members free 2-day shipping on all purchases of eligible items from participating retailers. Additionally, ShopRunner members receive Free Shipping on Returns of eligible items and exclusive offers from our participating retail partners. Hello. can;t log in my shoprunner account in lord& taylor. i have been trying for 4 days. all the time": "sorry, we are having technical issues. please try again." what's going on?

Answer:

I have had the same issues for 2 months. You have to print out return labels which is ridiculous. Beware and good luck trying to cancel.
