Beware. Horrific company. It is a scam and customer service won't do anything you request. I have NY and CO and now they don't send return labels for Shoprunner expects you to print them. I have requested them to cancel but they haven't yet. I never even signed up with them, I guess I hit the wrong thing. I am furious for all this trouble. Join Amazon Prime. The best

Have had this problem multiple times with ShopRunner. The merchant website (have ordered from MULTIPLE merchants) states "2 day free shipping with ShopRunner". Only one item arrived in two days. All other orders (again, various merchants) arrived within 4-6 days. Did a little research on ShopRunners website, and they blame the merchants for slow processing of orders. Once the merchant processes the order, THEN it becomes 2 day shipping. Luckily, I received this service for free, so it is annoying - if I'd paid for this service, I'd be furious!
