What is the cancellation process for a company that just signed up? how long do we have to cancel with no problems or fees?

You can't 1year contract if you want to cancel you need to pay the rest of the months in one lumpsum.

Best to not sign up with these guys. Almost impossible to cancel, they require payment up front, and will not refund anything. Very unscrupulous billing tactics. Stay away!
