I ordered and paid for a wedding dress about 2 years ago - the wrong one was sent (ours went to the US). We NEVER received a refund or the dress that was promised - the original "wrong" dress was dirty inside and had unfinished seams - really bad quality. Unfortunately I paid by cash transfer so I had no come back - are you going to do the decent thing and pay us back our hard earned cash? The dress cost GBP £250.
