I used the DVDs in my blueray DVD player. Email Southtree on their website or FB page. They are responsive.

Contact Southtree immediately. They will correct the problem. One of my picture CD's was blank, nothing on it at all so I contadted them and they told me to return the CD which i did and they fixed it immediately.

I agree that they are very cooperative so I would contact them. Is it a CD or a DVD? If a DVD, your computer would have to have a DVD player or watch it on a TV with a DVD player.

Contact them immediately. I found them to be very good. Mine played on my MacBook immediately. Great quality. I never tried them on a DVD player though. Call them.

I only converted a music cassette to CD, so I just had to pop it into my pc's CD tray. Sorry.
