If those are really precious, find someplace local where you can drop them off. This place has gotten too big and when they lose stuff, they initially act concerned and then if they can't find it, they stop talking to you.

Hi Helen... I sent them 78 VHS tapes and they created a DVD for each one. I would say yes they are because they not only sent me DVDs but also ALL my tapes were returned too. We having been laughing and crying everyday watching them of my daughter when she was a baby and also my parents who are no longer here.
