I was visiting the Fiesta Mall in phoenix, Az today. Stopped into spencers and was purchasing some items. The computer system went down and after 20 min the girl convinced me it was a few more. It got back up running so I purchased the items. I drove home which took me 5 hours with traffic to find that a pair of socks still has its metal alarm still attached. I'm so angry. How am I suppose to use this product? Drive another 4 hours to have it removed. I believe I should be compensated something for my time and trouble?.

You can probably go to a local Spencers and just show them your receipt that you purchased the product and they'll take it off for you. May even be able to go to any clothing store. If all else totally fails, use a really strong magnet. It'll come loose.
