One thing that you should be aware of is that our site includes billions of data elements that are available in our national database. If you are not seeing information on our site, then that means that the data you are looking for may not be publicly available. So, even if you are positive that something occurred, its not guaranteed that the information has been digitally archived correctly by the court system so its possible that your data is not available yet. For some people this is a good thing because negative information might be difficult or impossible to find. It's also possible that someone could have suppressed (had removed) information from being publicly available.
