on 5/4/23I have redeemed points several times from Branded. I don't let the points build up. I take cash as soon as I can redeem. I can't speak to why your account was suspended but you are entitled to an explanation. I have submitted questions about my credits and problems with surveys straight to Customer Support and always received a reply that I could answer if I didn't agree. If they feel you violated your agreement they should explain why. If you did violate your agreement you won't get credit but it should be explained to you. Go to their website and look at FAQs and ask Customer Support if you don't find a satisfactory answer. Best of luck to you.
They did that to me too. The site is a scam. They get free work from you, entice you with the possibility of a payout. Then the moment you reach the payout, they block you from their site and tell you that that's it, block is permanent. Won't tell you why, nothing.
