I was told on 3 occasions beginning in December 2015 that my unsold items will be returned and paid the return shipping cost... as of today I have not received my items! Isn't that stealing? What options do I have... can they be reported for consumer fraud or some other unlawful activity?
Help?

Do not give up, keep calling and emailing. Try filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau.

Try tracking the package if you haven't received a tracking number or haven't heard back from customer service then something is going on.

I had an $2000 Chloe bag stolen from me. They never returned it in the mail when they said they would!

Well considering they shut down operations the only way I found to contact them is via FB. I would contact the new company they partnered up with and ask what to do. Hopefully they won't want bad press and will help fix it. I'm waiting on my package back too.

I NEVER got the vintage dress back. I was told to report them to the police on top of contacting the BBB. I hope you get your items back.
