Under are saying guaranteed money in 30 days, is pure lie.

I tried to cancel my reseller account and was denied reimbursement, used only 3 days since the uptime is a crap, guarantees 100% uptime, but I was more than 24 hours with all the customers out of the air, harmed me.

The support sucks.

Would not recommend.

On dated Oct 31 I have purchased a windows server From UNLIMITED WEB HOSTING along with a domain name (
helloarup.com) The Order Number: 5045273512.
Till now my server is not ready and now i have decided to refund my money.
I have send several support ticket for this, but didn’t find any solution.
Even I have also called several times in their phone number which is given on the invoice. Their chat is not works at night. Even they are not in 24/7 support service.

Me to also face same issue from them we also bought a Reseller service from them and they only used one day to test their features. When we check their plans it was saying Unlimited Space, Unlimited Bandwidth, when we call them over phone they are saying only 2.5 GB will give for all account. In their plan page or any other place we didn't seen anything saying like 2.5 GB is know as Unlimited It was an cheating and they are also saying Master WHM but it was fake they are only allowing us as an normal reseller. We also requested them to refund the money. For that we have created an ticket an there was no reply from them at all... When we call their support number they are saying that we don't have any policy for refund the money... The support sucks.
