I was going to try to buy a car from Vroom . Then I read reviews on sitejabber.com and now I don't think I can work with you. Can you respond?

I couldn't find what I wanted anywhere near me. So I went online. I did not specifically look for vroom they just had what I wanted. They need to do better in their communication with people once the car is purchased. Keep up with your purchase. I'm sure I was a pain but if they had better communication I would not have been.
That was my only complaint. It was stressful.

Don't do it. Buy local, actually cheaper, faster and way less stressful. Bought two cars from Vroom at same time and 90 days later still no registration or tags. BIG MISTAKE

I personally believe they got so many bad reviews because they did a bad job running things with their customer service during COVID. I just bought a car here and it was a great experience. I started buying on 9/29 and it was delivered 10/11. It is exactly like the pictures & I am happy. I would say give it a try. They do have a return period if you don't like the car.
