Why did they lock my card? And nobody is answering phone calls on hold for hours. Card been locked for 4days.

Because its tge way it should be to work on their illegal holding of peoples money. Warning dont evdr buy this card. Dont trust them

I'm having same issue! My card locked up nobody answers number on back of card! I've contacted local news and BBB
