Is WorldSIM compatible with MTN, SAFARI COM, AirTel, VODACOM simcards from Tanzania, Kenya and South Sudan? Can I use their data bundle simcards?

No - Worldsim works over those networks, perhaps, but you use their service with a UK phone number. You can purchase a virtual number from the country of your choice for an additional cost. I've only used the service in Mozambique and it only worked in the city. I do travel to East Africa, but I just buy a sim when I get there.
