I have an account which I cannot access, I keep getting this message: 'ERROR. A server with the specified hostname could not be found'. On November 4th I received one email subject was: We're waiving service fees. Prior to that on October 16th I received an email subject was: Reset YERDLE password. I'm beginning to wonder if maybe someone else got into my account. I know I had about 500 points so I need some help getting back into my account.
