Hi. i am looking at one of the product onlineand it says no refund, exhange for the same. i know my size and what i want but what if the product is defective? what shall i do in that case?

What does zozi do? i was going to look into your service to replace the paypal button on my website, however, the comments on your site indicate that you are more of a marketing company? can you please explain?
