Hi. I am looking at one of the product onlineand it says no refund, exhange for the same. I know my size and what i want but what if the product is defective? What shall i do in that case?

If the product is defective will you honor a refund? I too am looking at an item to purchase (same Item I have I currently already own but would love to have another)
