Don't get the 7/11 app on your phone. The company's security on your data is completely lacking and when you finally get to speak with someone. They cannot speak english or cannot they help you. My credit card got hacked on the APP and 7/11 will not accept any responsibility for it. The Waco TX stations have been hit a lot lately so we thought a local small town of West,TX would be safe. No it isn't, 5 days after stopping for some diesel. My card got charged at a station in north Dallas over 100 miles away. Then they wanted to argue that the card was shown. The card was in my pocket. After two weeks of calling and calling I posted it on their facebook page. Then I finally was told nothing we can do about it maybe your credit card company can help you. Then today five days after I get an email saying they could do anything. I get another email saying if you don't answer this we will close the case. I wrote them back and told them they really needed to talk among themselves. (My personal opinion "It's an inside job"

This review is only for the store located at 1647 Silverlake Blvd Los Angeles, CA *******.

Went to this location back in late January. The cashier behind the counter was rude to me because I couldn't pay lottery tickets with anything smaller than $100. He threaten me to charge me a fee if I did that again. Suffice it to say that I will not being to that location again with only 6 parking spaces. So when he did finished the transaction, he took $4 away from my $50 of lottery tickets. I was left with $46 in change. So if the manager or corporate looks into the books and see more money than it should have, now they know who took many from its customers.

As an addendum, later that week I was tested positive for COVID. Did I get it from this guy or I give it to him? We will never know for sure but if I were you and you visited this location during late January, you better get checked if you experienced coughing or congestion.

A horrible 7-11 employee is a tall, big black man WHO IS NEVER, EVER NICE TO ME, A PAYING CUSTOMER. Tonight, Monday, May 1,2023, he was smoking a cigarette outside as I entered the store. He came in without washing his hands or wearing gloves. I put my items to purchase on the sales counter. HE LICKS HIS FINGER AND GRABS A BAG, AGAIN WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS! I pointed that out which made him more rude if that's even possible. I paid for my items, told him I didn't want a bag, and expressed how rude is which I have said several times before. He called me rude, and I said as an employee, he should be nice to customers. HE IS TERRIBLE... A VAST UNDERSTATEMENT!

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I understand the cautions in place to prevent the spread of COVID19 but that does NOT excuse poor customer service. I won't tolerate a child telling me "NOW!"... so why would I ever except it from a clerk in the middle of the night.

One of the clerks approached me in the 7-11 store at approx 2 am on 4/17/2020. She told me I was required to put on a mask, I agreed and told her I had one in my purse. She followed me to the front and as I was going in my bag to get my mask she told me to "Put it on NOW!". She proceeded to tell me that it made no sense for me to put it on after I walked through the store. I understand that she was coming from a perspective of safety and fear but I still will not accept a clerk arguing with me in the middle of the store nor commanding me to do anything.

7-11 you might want to explain to your employees that a purchase (on any day even during this pandemic) is a voluntary exchange between two people and you cannot talk to customers any way you like. Maybe its a neighborhood thing but either way... It's simply unacceptable to me.

Maybe you should post someone at the door as a reminder because this lady just cost you a customer and the several reviews I'm about to write.

THE BIG, BLACK GUY WHO USUALLY WORKS AT NIGHT IS A RUDE MONSTER WHO SMOKES CIGARETTES, LICKS HIS FINGERS TO GRAB A BAG, DOESN'T WASH HIS HANDS, AND IS ALL-AROUND MEAN-SPIRITED AND DISGUSTING!
