The manger offered me no type of resolution for the incompetency of his employee and just continued to yell and state that his employees can cancel your reservation at any point without your approval and create a new reservation for you. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. It's sketchy, the people are just scamming you. It's my fault for not seeing all these reviews. If anyone from corporate sees this, please reach out to me.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. It's sketchy, the people are just scamming you. It's my fault for not seeing all these reviews.

Priceline and ACE trip confirmation number # POV*******

I had a very worst experience with Priceline and ACE. I booked a rental car with price line from Dec 29,2022 to Jan 2nd, 2023. I went to ACE rental car pickup spot on time and requested for a car by showing the Itinerary provided by the Priceline. ACE agent mentioned the car pickup has a limited milage restriction and I showed the Priceline itinerary showing unlimited milage. They suggested me to contact Priceline agent and I did the same Priceline agent mentioned like sorry for the inconvenience that issue has caused and confirmed that I will be getting full refund if I don't use the car. But now they are saying it is non-refundable. Price line portal and itinerary is showing car is un limited milage and that's were I booked the car. Hence request you to refund my money back.

On December 23,2023, I arranged for an SUV rental through Expedia from ACE Rental Car Company. Upon arrival at the rental facility with my canine companion, I was greeted by an employee who provided an overview of the rental terms and conducted a damage inspection of the vehicle. At no point during this process was I informed of any restrictions regarding the transportation of pets, nor was this information apparent on the Expedia website.

Regrettably, upon returning the vehicle on December 28,2023, the inspection agent notified me of a $250 cleaning fee, in addition to a $50 tax, attributed to pet hair found in the back seat. Furthermore, I was informed for the first time that pets were prohibited in the rental cars. I expressed to the agent that this policy had not been communicated to me at the outset, and that I was unaware of any potential fees for vehicle cleanliness or odor related to animals.

Subsequently, I reached out to ACE Rental Car Company's customer service for clarification and was advised to lodge a formal grievance with their corporate office. I followed through with this advice on December 30,2023, and was assured a response within two business days. Despite multiple follow-up calls, my issue remains unresolved, and I have been directed repeatedly to the Chicago branch without being provided the necessary contact details for the manager.

The lack of resolution has been deeply disappointing, and to compound the issue, my requests for a detailed invoice outlining all charges associated with the rental have been met with incomplete responses, showing only the aggregate amount due without itemization.

I am seeking a prompt and equitable resolution to this matter, as well as a transparent breakdown of all fees incurred during my rental period.

Please do not rent from this place - I am begging everyone that if you want to keep your smile for your vacation- DO NOT I beg you do not rent from Ace Rent a Car in Atlanta airport - it's locally own and if you have issues with the car you will NOT have help from the customer service line- you will have to deal with only them and they will NOT help you - they will over charge you - give you a car with over ******* miles, bad breaks! When we called and told them that the car breaks wouldn't stop in the rain - they said take it to a shop and we will have a manager call you soon - WELL they never called and NEVER once cared about trying to get the car fixed! We had to get family members whom we were visiting due to our mom being ill with cancer for the 5th TIME!- ACE IS HEARTLESS AND FOR GOD SAKE DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!
