Priceline and ACE trip confirmation number # POV*******
I had a very worst experience with Priceline and ACE. I booked a rental car with price line from Dec 29,2022 to Jan 2nd, 2023. I went to ACE rental car pickup spot on time and requested for a car by showing the Itinerary provided by the Priceline. ACE agent mentioned the car pickup has a limited milage restriction and I showed the Priceline itinerary showing unlimited milage. They suggested me to contact Priceline agent and I did the same Priceline agent mentioned like sorry for the inconvenience that issue has caused and confirmed that I will be getting full refund if I don't use the car. But now they are saying it is non-refundable. Price line portal and itinerary is showing car is un limited milage and that's were I booked the car. Hence request you to refund my money back.
