They are prifessionals. You never have to wait much for an issue to get solved, they are very ptompt and helpful. Best online banking, crypto services and debit card. All I would suggest is: please make an app for iOS and Android, would be great!
Advcash is a fraud. They may steal your personal information and then use it to create fake accounts. Even in this digital age, they ask for ink-signed documents. Not even banks, government agencies ask that. Their management is still old-school. Just because they say they are a crypto exchange, doesn't mean they are advanced. Don't waste your time. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED due to distasteful and mind-numbing procedures. Find an alternate.

Not very comfortable to use for bitcoin transactions. In my case support answered in a couple of weeks but wasn't too helpful.
I started using Advcash about a year ago and I'm satisfied with all the services, which are quick and reliable. Customer service is the best; super fast communication and solution are really helpful. While looking for a financial service you have doubts, I'm satisfied with Advcash's services and customer service.
The app is very good. He meets the needs. But the more physical and virtual currencies can be added, the better the app will be I believe. The larger the scaling, the better the experience with more virtual exchange options (real, dollar, euro, Japanese yen, etc). You understood me, I think. Thank you so far. I'm glad of you. I plan to start moving it in the future.
I am not used to writing reviews, but i was moved to do so because of the number of bad reviews i saw here from numerous people. Advcash is a very good platform and opening account on the platform is pretty simple. The feature i love so much is the connection with binance that allows you to buy crypto without any charges.
You will enjoy their service if you are not scammy in nature, i am thinking of connecting it to my website for payment since my country no longer allows us to deposit money with our cards.
And they support will always tell you what the problem is.

I wanted to use Advcash for the Binance account loading. So I tried to register on Advcash. They asked to verify my identity which was a standard procedure. However, after sending them my passport photo, verification suddenly failed. I texted to support service where people told me that some Anthony V.
Compliance Specialist told me that "We are not able to provide our system's features for you. That's a final decision and cannot be reviewed."
I asked about the reason and didn't receive a reply.
So I decided to check my account and it was blocked!
I don't see any logic here and I strongly DON'T RECOMMEND using this service.

I recommend it for anyone who want to open account.

I tried to get my account verified through their systems, for which followed the guidelines of providing a passport (United Kingdom - a supported country) and documents. This is their response through email:

This service is a joke. My hosting provider using it for some reason and everytime i pay via advcash i have problems.
They gave 15 mins for BTC TX to be confirmed. Sometimes btc is slow and it takes much more. Today i sent my tx again with high fee (around 10$), and get first confirm after 13 mins (i have all screenshot and profs), but advcash still saying time is over. This is prank. I lose $ and time using this ugly service. When they do moneyback they cut % from a fee. This service is scam. I hope no one will use it in future and advcash get closed asap (ill go to church and pray for that)
This is about a crypto payment to our merchant via our payment gateway tool, made by a customer who does not have an Advcash account. According to the information in our system, it took the crypto payment more than 15 minutes to get its first blockchain confirmation. For a payment to be processed automatically, the first confirmation must take place within 15 minutes. Upon manual review, the payment was eventually processed and the merchant received the funds (even before the multiple reviews). As long as the payment was processed without any extra charges, frankly we do not see the point of you praying for our closure. As for your other claims, there is no point for us in artificially declining incoming crypto payments, this only increases support load and costs and decreases the bottom line. It is in our best interest to process as many incoming payments as possible, not decline them. The fees charged for refunded crypto payments are crypto network fees. They are not charged by us and we do not keep any of the funds. The same 15-minute window is used by major crypto payment providers like Bitpay etc. We apologize for this minor technical hiccup and promise that we will review our processing mechanisms to see what can be improved. My first experience was good overall. I tried sending 100 euros and everything went just fine.
But as I sent a larger amount, it never reached my account. They say my SEPA transfer was not received even though I sent them the confirmation from my bank, and I called my bank to confirm the transfer was correctly executed. I have already opened 2 tickets (******* and *******) and both say the same. This is the worst company ever!

I am very satisfied with them. I successfully made withdrawal to my credit card. Very good support.
Dont use it they block you without any reason and if you asked them why i am blocked they dont answer. Your money is not in safe hands kindly dont use adv cash they are scammers and use your data somewhere else. They told you to raise a ticket but how can you raise ticket when you no access to your account and also guide you to email on *******@advcash.com but no response will even a month goes on an on.

Your ticket was created on March 31st, and on April 1st we responded explaining what documents are required. There has been no further messages from you. I was using AdvCash for withdrawal from Binance as they do not support MasterCard for withdrawal.
Was a little bit suspicious because I read some negative reviews but proceeded anyway.
When I sent money from AdvCash account to my debit card it said that the transaction was successful but I had not received any. After contacting support they told me that sometimes it needs a few days to process. After 3 days I received the money on my card.
A little bit stressful but worked out at the end.

Honestly I couldn't have had a better experience dealing with Advanced Cash.
Every time I had to talk to the support team via the website chat or by openning tickets I was impressed at how fast they replied with clear and easy to follow steps to solve my issues.
The first interaction was because I had to verify my address as part of the KYC(know your customer) requirements and all it took was sending them my internet bill and the address was verified.
The second interaction was because I wanted to increase my daily deposit limit so they told me via email what documents I could provide them with, I sent them the document and my limit was raised to the desired amount.
And finally I transfered quite a large ammount to my account via a SEPA transfer and even though they let me know in advance that there could be delays due to a large volume of SEPA transfers, my transfer was processed within the normal 3 business days period and once my balance was available in my account I was able to transfer the funds to their destination in a matter of seconds.
I don't know about these 1 star reviews on this page, I think many of them is because some people are unable to comply with the normal KYC requirements asked of them (some maybe for shady reasons) and then say it's Advcash's fault.
So in summary, I would/will recommend them to anyone I know given the chance.

Very competitive rates. Customer service has still a lot of room to improve specially with response time. Chat and phone agents should be given more power so they can actually check what is going on with your tickets instead of just sending you the template standard answer and apologise for the delay.
Very rude stuff. Scam company. Their making new rules on the go. Blocking account without explain. Money it's not safe there. Very rude people.
