I ordered $100 worth of items from them in Feb 2020. I gave them two weeks past the delivery date due to the COVID-19, then contacted them. They directed me to a link to fill out a form in which I filled out two times already with no response. I understand that COVID-19 may be affecting shipping but at least refund my money if they are not able to send me the items I paid for. This website is a scam. Zero stars for them.

This is my second review on a different site because I've never been so dissatisfied with a store. It's a scam and a rip off. PLEASE do yourself a favor and save your money. I placed an order over a month ago and have received no products and no further tracking updates beyond "passed to airline". Customer service is also nonexistent as the past 5 messages I've sent to them have been completely ignored.

This company is a fraud They sent me faulty products from China (AliExpress), poor quality with missing pieces and I cannot exchange them as they ignore all my e-mails + I haven't received a product I payed for (stealers!). The worst ordering experience! Do not buy from them! Read the reviews about the company

Honestly... I have never seen such a bad customer service. I ordered 4 pieces. 2 of them were damaged when I received them. I am writing emails with the customer service since February and to the last mails the did not answer. So I spent my money for bad quality and can not return it. Well... I would reccomend you to spent your money anywhere else...

Lots of Room for Improvement
I ordered on April 25th and paid "Express" shipping. One of the items arrived in mid-June. I looked at it and it was very similar, but definitely not the item that they sold me. After trying it once it started to loose threads here and there. The second item has not arrived after two months. I keep wondering what was express about the shipping. When I ordered, I was unaware that this was an Asian store. That in itself is not necessarily bad, but my experience with such stores is not generally positive. One item was shipped from Singapore and the other from China. I don't know if I'll get the second item or if it will be the item purchased or a cheap imitation (like the one that arrived). This is really my fault. I usually look at company reviews before buying, but I completely forgot with this company. The cheap turned out to be expensive.

I ordered 2 items in the beginning of November After 2 months I inquired about my order. They said they would look into it but i never heard back. They have not answered any of my emails. They blocked me on Facebook when I tried to contact them there. Complete scam. Run out of China. Not sure if it is even a real store or just a scam. They pay people to put good comments on their Facebook adds and delete negative comments

I did not receive my order. Definitely a scam. I have contacted the website requesting a refund and will update this review if received.

Buyer BEWARE! This is not a scam, but not far from it either. It's a Chinese company that takes your money and ships you GARBAGE that looks absolutely nothing like what's pictured. On top of that, you will most likely not receive your entire order. The items are shipped one at a time, even if its something like 3 Piece Garter Set that is typically shipped together, not with this place you will get them separately. Not to mention that you will wait 30+ days to get any of it. I am still waiting on items that were ordered in February for Valentines Day. Customer service does not exist with this company. I have sent numerous emails only to receive ONE auto-reply to give them time to work on it (2 months after the order was placed). Spare yourself from stress and shop elsewhere.

The nipple clamps and the leash didnt last one 24 minute f*ck session. My suggestion is just to shop around at the home depot and pet smart.
