This company is horrible! Do NOT order from them! They sent me a defective dress-looked NOTHING like the item online and when I sent the item back, and received confirmation from the shipper that Aphrobridal received the item, they lied to me telling me they did not have it, then later said they have to wait for the item to be "processed" and tell me they are "pretty sure" I'll get my money back. They stole my money and I have no wedding dress. Save yourself heart ache---do not order from this company

Big mistake. We ordered a wedding dress and it was dreadful. Nothing as claimed. Luckily I was able to contest it with American Express, and along with photos, they finally refunded us our money. Wait for a dress sale locally.

Biiiiiiiiiiiiiiig mistake. They really cannot sew anything. I ordered a dress but does not fit right and one side of the skirt is too short and one side is sooo long. One shoulder is twisted so does not stay on the shoulder. Cannot return

The people at aphrobridal like to play dumb in order not to answer your questions after they dupe you. I ordered a dress and also paid for it to be customized. I even asked for details of my bill just to be sure of what I was paying for. They sent me the dress exactly as it is presented at their website without the slightest modification without which I cannot wear the dress.
They then pretended not to know that I paid for 2 jacket and are asking me to pay more money for the 2 jackets I already paid for. When I complained they asked me for the picture of the dress which is already in Canada and refuse to answer my questions pretending not to have even read it.

I ordered a wedding dress from this site. First of all i received the wrong dress, i got another womans bridesmaids dress. I spent weeks trying to get some one to fix the issue. Finally after several weeks i received teh other womans info and contacted her directly. She told me that she had my dress and i had hers. She sent me pictures of the dress she recieved and it was not what i ordered at all and it was very wrinkled. I again spent weeks trying to get someone to fix the issue. They sent me money to send back the dress as it was their fault not mine so i sent back the bridesmaids dress. I waited til they got it and tried to find out about my dress telling them i wanted a new one as the other one was damamged. They told me they never got the other one back from the other woman so they couldnt send me another one. I s[ent a few more weeks argueing with them until i finally asked for a refund instead of the dress. They refused to answer any more of my emails after this and i still havenot, a year later, gotten anything form them. I am argueing with my credit card company now but they are having issues giving it back to me as the company is saying i received the merchandise when i didnt i got the wrong dress. Please do not bother with this company yes they are cheap but u will not recieive the dress and if you do it will be poor quality.

I'm not sure about the other reviewers here, but I had an excellent experience with this place. I ordered a stock size bridesmaid dress. Did not pay for any expedited shipping and still received in about two weeks. I followed the size chart given and the dress fit perfectly. It also looked exactly as advertised, both in color and detail. It held up through several wears (both by myself and others) until I sold it due to no longer needing it.

I got married on the 31st dec 2010 and had a custom made wedding dress and bridesmaid dress made by aphrobridal.com, Dresses where amazing colours where as ordered and fitted perfectly. Delivery was earlier than expected aswell, said 25 days to make and a further 7 days for deliver, received everything 15 days after ordering.
Have a Ball to go to in august 2013 and at present looking to reorder another dress that ive seen on there website and would have no hesitations what so ever to buy from aphrobridal.com again.
