I ordered a wedding dress from this site. First of all i received the wrong dress, i got another womans bridesmaids dress. I spent weeks trying to get some one to fix the issue. Finally after several weeks i received teh other womans info and contacted her directly. She told me that she had my dress and i had hers. She sent me pictures of the dress she recieved and it was not what i ordered at all and it was very wrinkled. I again spent weeks trying to get someone to fix the issue. They sent me money to send back the dress as it was their fault not mine so i sent back the bridesmaids dress. I waited til they got it and tried to find out about my dress telling them i wanted a new one as the other one was damamged. They told me they never got the other one back from the other woman so they couldnt send me another one. I s[ent a few more weeks argueing with them until i finally asked for a refund instead of the dress. They refused to answer any more of my emails after this and i still havenot, a year later, gotten anything form them. I am argueing with my credit card company now but they are having issues giving it back to me as the company is saying i received the merchandise when i didnt i got the wrong dress. Please do not bother with this company yes they are cheap but u will not recieive the dress and if you do it will be poor quality.
