I bought a lot stuff from banggood.com and I enjoy them. I bought a Off-Road Military Truck Crawler RC Car recently, but I found some parts missing in the package. I contacted banggood.com services about this issue. The customer service agent (Healer) was very efficient and send the parts immediately after got all the purchase details. Now my son and I really enjoy the RC car. Thank you banggood.
I received my air compressor pump for scuba tank refill. My item is so badly damaged and has big crack in the oil sump and doesn't work. After nearly 3months and 15 or more emails banggood just keep asking for me to just live with it. This item cost me $606,78 I've sent them many photos on a number of times and still they ask for more information just too keep avoiding too fix this problem. Never in my life have I had to deal with such a doggy company that claim that they are there for there patron yet do everything thing too not come good. I will never use them again and wouldn't recommend that anyone else does.

Paid for TV on 07. 10. 19. Today is 13. 12. 19 and the item was still not handed to the courier. I have contated their support for at least 20 times, they have created at least 10 escalation tickets but till now they do not know where is the item. If you want to lose your money, then this is the right place.

dont use this shop.

One of the best seller i comes across very good customer services and is valued for money very fast delivery very understanding if there's a problem they're quick to resolve it highly recommended can't go wrong which ever way
Very good overall
I've bought many items from Banggood over the past few years for my hobbies of flying model aircraft and racing small robots. The prices are always good and usually delivery and quality are excellent. On the rare occasions when I have had a problem Banggood has always resolved it to my satisfaction. This makes them a great company to deal with.
Unfortunately I am very dissatisfied with the banggood. I made a purchase of a cell phone (Original LeEco Le 2 X526 5.5 Inch Quick Charge 3GB RAM 64GB) on 14.12.2018 but to this day I did not receive my product. I have already opened several complaints with banggood and they always respond the same thing, they ask to check with the post office, however the tracking code is untraceable "non-existent code". I went 3 times in the post office they say the code does not exist. And I report what the post office informed me, and the response from banggood is always the same thing. "Please check with the post office."
There's already a very unpleasant situation. I would like to solve my problem.

I had problems with a product but they promptly solved my problem. Great and reliable. I recommend it to everyone. The products are very good with great prices.
They pretend to have delivered a phone by GLS and when I contact them they tell me to contact GLS for a refund. GLS has a taxed phone number and they never answer the calls, just hang on and hang off the phone to make you pay. A real mafia.
I ordered a Nitecore LED torch but the product has worked for 2 minutes and stopped working with no extra signs.
No problem for Banggood, They send me a new one!
Brought an item from banggood.com. Received item delayed and found item broken too. Contact banggood, they refund the amount and not even inquiry about the broken item. However banggood can improved by packing item in better way.

Very good experience of customer support, after a failure of an electronic device. The item was a wifi repeater and after some days of good working, it stopped to do its job.
