I bought a phone three months ago and since it has never been delivered so they offered me 50,70 or 75$ and when I insisted to get my phone and not a poor part of my cash back they told me it was back ordered. I've given then the link to their product and they asked me 70$ to get it... I'm getting my money back through PayPal. Never trust them and always use PayPal as a guarantee as they don't respect the law and think they are not liable until your goods are delivered.
Edit: after opening a dispute through PayPal I finally managed to get my money back

I ordered a phone in September and they contacted me in October telling me to pick it up at the post office but it wasn't there. There asked me to wait 2 months to get my money back. After these two months they offered me a few dollars and as I told them I wanted to have my phone they blocked my ticket, the second ticket I opened they asked me to wait a few weeks. They don't care about their customers, only about their money.

Despues tres meses no he recibido mi teléfono. El servicio cliente no quiere enviarlo otra vez y me propone solo un reembolso parcial. No son serios.
I've purchased a 250 pocophone f1 phone and never received it. Their only answer is I had to take an insurance. I paid with PayPal and hope they will reimburse my money as these thieves don't care about the European law nor their customers as they refuse to take their responsibility and don't reimburse me while they have to by law.

They pretend to have delivered a phone by GLS and when I contact them they tell me to contact GLS for a refund. GLS has a taxed phone number and they never answer the calls, just hang on and hang off the phone to make you pay. A real mafia.
I've bought some sandisk 3.0 USB pen drives, they were sent the same day.
I've even received a 25% cashback thanks to topcashback.

You can't buy by PayPal of you don't have a credit card linked to your account. I gave up for this reason.
The points promised for reviews will never be credited to your account plus they ask customers to write positive reviews against rewards.
They used to be one of the bests but have left their web site die. Now they have incredibly high prices. They don't even respect they own rules anymore for example I've written some reviews and according to their review rules I should have received 1000 points (a 20$ voucher) but they refuse to give me my right.
I ordered a phone in December and a tablet in January. They have never been delivered and their customer service always tries to find excuses but never resend nor reimburse them.
Each time my parcels pass through Roissy I fear for the worst. Many disappeared there and when we contact them they always have the same answer. The sender should contact them and not me. The best way they found to dismiss queries...

They often steal my parcels and always tell me that only the sender can complain to get a reimbursement, which is impossible when they are in China... Never order in summer usual postmen are on holidays and the theftes skyrocket.

PayPal payments have guaranteed my purchases everytime the French postal services stole items or not delivered them(which happens very often) they were sent again buy sellers.
I visited both Hilton Mekkah and Hilton garden in Istanbul.
Hilton Mekkah needs to be rebuilt, it's too old to keep its 5* but the service was nice.
I had a wonderful night at the Hilton garden in Istanbul, the 4* are well deserved there.
I've bought several items on their web site. I've always received everything in less time than expected. The only drawback is the price, often more expensive than other online shops.
I ordered 3 refurbished phones. Two arrived only and I got only 25$ back after a dozen mails.
The second one worked less than ten days and the customer officier called Rafael offered me 10$ and told me no screen was available to substitute the wreck they sent me and only because I was a good customer. After more than 200 orders and thousands of euros spent I can't believe it.
They used to have a good manager called Jim but when he moved to gearbest they collapsed. Now they have no special offers anymore and the aftersale service died. The points for reviews used to be credited in 24h now you need to write an email after a week to get what you worked for.
I had to be honest and modify my previous review after such a change in the worst way.
Only a real support with a replacement screen or a full refund would be acceptable.
