Dreadful site, nothing more than money extorition, despite numerous emails asking for my money back they have refused to fund this. Be2 removed £149.94 from my account without consent after trying a £5 per month trial period. They claim I did not cancel my subscription, however there is no clear instruction as to how to do this or link and it is extremely difficult. After numerous emails back and forth they have now sent me the guidance and further more you have to cancel by post which makes it very difficult not user friendly but allows them to extort money. BAD

The site is quite nicely designed and really do like the way they display photos. Compared to other dating sites I found it user friendly and easy to use. I have tried this site with good results, got to know my current girlfriend. We registered at be2.co.uk and when we got our partner recommendations we found out that we are perfectly matched. And what's more we live very close to each other what made easier for us to meet. So far we are together and will see what bring the future.

I decided to join be2 half a year ago because I didn't want to be alone anymore. So I started to look for partner which is right for me. After registration I paid my premium membership and continued with my search. I contacted a few of my partner recommendations and found out that we had so much in common with many of them. At the moment I am still alone because I wasn't satisfied with anybody who answered my messages.

Total rip off, they basically take your money without you knowing and make it impossible to get it back

The whole service comprises of automated computer messages. They then proceed to take sums of money from your account or card making it virtually impossible to cancel it. I have been communicating my email with them for two weeks and they just threaten me with debt collectors continually and have not even told me after three requests how much they think I owe them, they just want bank card details. I pointed out that they must have known I had cancelled as I had no communication from them in the last 6 months and wished to be removed from they're records immediately, so they have now recommenced the rubbish emails. Please warn people of your experiences with this company - I dont understand why they have not been shut down.
I have reported this online to police fraud service http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/report_fraud. I have a crime number reference NFRC*******836. Perhaps if everyone else also does this they will take some notice and do something about it. GM

So I entered my details somewhat naively thinking i would not be charged until 10 days later. Some hours later my banks fraud prevention line called me saying that be2 had tried to charge me £89.97 - the price of their 3 months membership! Very sneaky and just blatant fraud as far as I am concerned.

I registered at this site one month ago and I really liked personality test which I had to go through. It was very detailed and recommended contacts seem to be really well matched to my liking. After few messages I choose to meet with Paul. I enjoy meeting him and talk to him. Maybe he could be my Mr. Right, but now it's too early to say it definitely.

I have to tell all of you that I have better experience with them. I registered to this site a half a year ago and didn't have any of the problem that were mentioned here. First of all I read Terms and Conditions to be aware of everything what can be hidden there and then I started to enjoy my account. I got to know many great girls but only one was the best of them. As we are now dating for a few month we didn't need our accounts anymore. We decided to close them and we did so without any problems. I found exactly what I was looking for but it took some time. Sometimes is better to try something for longer time for better results.

This site is full of nigerian scammers with false profiles.
They are stealing ids off the internet and solicitating people for money.
Please be aware. I am one of those people that was manipulated and scammed

Once again a complete rip off with fraud profiles and scams. Keep right off the site and tell your friends.

I saw their advertisement on Facebook and wanted to try it. I registered for trial because full price is so high and it is not worth while you don't know the service. Service was quite good but I wasn't very delighted about my partner recommendation so I decided to cancel my subscription. As I read their Terms and Conditions I knew that I had to send them email to inform them about it in advance. I did so and I waited for their confirmation email. It took a long time but finally I received it. After four months I am still getting promotional emails although they didn't ask me for the money since then.
