Ordered a XXXL sweater for my Rhodesian ridgeback over two weeks ago with 3 day shipping, and still no sweater. Company doesn't care about customers either, as they never respond to emails or calls.
We ordered a custom collar for our pup and knew it would take 2-3 weeks. It was shipped out around then, but we received the wrong collar. A completely different order. I contacted them and was told it would be fixed and a return label would be sent.
A week later with no contact, no return label, no collar. I hassled them to respond asking for a refund because I was just over it. Our order ended up arriving a month after we placed it and an email apologizing stating we would get a full refund.
I got no refund and I'm still stuck with someone elses collar...
I ordered a Thanksgiving dress and it arrived and I was very happy. It was expensive but I felt that it fit our dog well as was made of quality materials. Second time we ordered a dress it was not the same situation. Materials on the dress particularly the way the Velcro was adhered was not sturdy, they changed the embellishments on the dress and it was cheap looking. They say custom made but the tags on the dress, the sealed plastic bag that it came in all looked like a mass produced item rather than a custom made. In addition the pearl from the rather tacky little bow that they glued onto another bow was already off the dress. I told the owner this and immediately she got in defensive mode that it was custom made and she kept justifying why her seamstress took liberties to change the dress. I'm sorry but when I pay $80 for a relatively simple designed dress I expect it to be as advertised. If you don't have the bows and things that you put on the catalog then tell the consumer first, don't just use what you want and send it and then get an attitude. She offered to exchange it, I accepted and she oddly insisted on us sending it back first. I told her there was only one week before the party I she could charge me again for another one and we would return the first one for refund once the new dress arrived in time. This company is shady when it comes to shipping out and it can take a very long time to get an item so I didn't trust them. Sure enough they then retracted and said they would just refund. I was so shocked at her responses via email and clearly Victoria is a hot head that thinks she can bully a customer into accepting the product. I actually tried to order several dresses from her and each time she didn't have the materials, or she would say that dress was no longer available. Maybe she is tweaking a ready made dress and calling it custom. That is what I'm thinking. My dog needed a longer size than their medium and instead of extending the dress they just add more tulle, which was fine, I like tulle but a custom made dress is not one that needs other materials for extension. The dress design is really basic with each one being the exact cut so if you are going to spend that kind of money I would look at Etsy vendors or other dress makers and get better customer service and higher quality materials.
Placed an order with this website and was charged prior to delivery of product. One month later I still do not have what I paid for and they will not give me a refund. I am trying to get a refund through PayPal as they are the company I used to pay Big Dog Boutique.
I ordered two collars for my boys. And I received them less than two days later. I am very impressed! Super fast delivery and super cute collars!
