Body Kit Super Store

I ordered a Carbon Hood for a Toyota MR2 and they decided to turn around and charge extra for shipping after the order was placed. Ordered on 02/15/2017 and they only called and refunded on 03/06/2017! Very bad customer service.

This is one of the best websights that i have buoght from. The customer service responded very quickly to my emails and helped me with installing my lip on my 240sx.

I bought a set of fenders and a front bumper for my Mustang GT and was very impressed... they helped me find a custom body shop 5 minutes away from me and they installed it quickly and easily. Great customer service!

Overall i was pleasantly surprised. I did not trust the site at first but am glad i did. The shipping is a bit long but because of freigt shiping.

Placed order for a carbon fiber hood for a toyota tundra from carbodykits.com on May 15th 2015, they told me it was back ordered and VIS racing, the manufacturer would have it back in stock and that the hood would ship out July10 the. Called in July and was informed by David Eggleton(the owner) that it would be 2 more months and not to cancel out my order. David Eggleton also said to me that VIS racing is a shady company and only deals in cash and that he would pay them right then and not to cancel my order. 2 months later still no hood. Made a claim through PayPal and was contacted immediately by David Eggleton said the hood would be in for sure the end of December and to please drop the PayPal claim( which I did). In January I asked for my money to be refunded and now it is February 1st 2016 and I still do not have my refund. They don't return calls and when you call there all you get to talk to is some guy with a foreign accent. I am getting a lawyer now. I wish I had read the reviews about this company before spending over 900 dollars on a hood, I don't know how these people are not in prison for fraud.

Ordered a body kit 4 months ago never got the order. I cancelled and up to this time I can't get my refund. For a whole month now they been telling me my refund was processed. Up to today they telling me my refund was sent. I called my bank and the bank checked even their pendings and nothing. These people are liars and thieves.

I had called about a product and they say that it was in stock, so i went ahead and paid. Later i received a email saying the product has been shipped. 3 weeks went by i still haven't got the item so i decided to give them a call back to see what went wrong, they told me the item is out of stock, and has been for a while and no one in the states has them, since it's over seas, he wasn't sure when it will arrive. I then ask for a refund, which i only receive a partial refund, made another call and demanded the rest of the money. I was fortunate to get all my money back. This whole ordeal was a headache from the beginning. :(
