I had called about a product and they say that it was in stock, so i went ahead and paid. Later i received a email saying the product has been shipped. 3 weeks went by i still haven't got the item so i decided to give them a call back to see what went wrong, they told me the item is out of stock, and has been for a while and no one in the states has them, since it's over seas, he wasn't sure when it will arrive. I then ask for a refund, which i only receive a partial refund, made another call and demanded the rest of the money. I was fortunate to get all my money back. This whole ordeal was a headache from the beginning. :(
