Item arrived in plenty of time but did take a couple of weeks. Pleasantly surprised at the quality and fit.

Wonderful choices and prices. Thank you. Please let people know that they need to order at least one size bigger than what the size chart says. Two sizes would even be better. I realize these products are coming from a country that has people who are smaller than American/Germanic people. Perhaps your company needs to hire some American/German models to test the sizes on your products. Thank you for your service.

I was looking everywhere for a cute top for a Barbie-themed Christmas party. Amazingly hard to find! Boutiquefeel seem to have clothing that you won't find anywhere else, and I got a very pretty cold-shoulder top that was perfect. The only suggestion I'd make is that the strap on the cold-shoulder side should be quite a bit shorter given the proportions of the rest of the top. Easily fixed though.

Items came up very small, and as there was no picture very difficult to work out how you put it on

I am happy with most of my order.
I was worried about ordering on line from abroad as I'd had previous bad e oeriebce eith orders from China which I never received.
Fortunately all arrived after 5-6 weeks from order date.
All reasonable priced and a bit different to what you see in the high street shops. Sizes are hit & miss but most items fit perfect.

Overall very happy.

I am usually a 12. Ordered an XL. Entirely too small. Gave to my daughter who is a Size 4 they fit her. Would have returned except for the hassle. Wont order again.

I ordered 3 items over a month ago and just received 2 items. I emailed them to find out why the delay and was told one item was out of stock.
They finally sent me 2 items after I told them not to hold my order due to one item not being in stock. The shoes were to small, the dress was to big, I will keep them and try to resell myself as it's not worth the hassle to ship it back overseas. They do need to inform customers that the company is in a far away country and shipping takes very long before people purchase.

You hear nothing about the order for several days and then suddenly one morning the delivery is in your letter box.

First and foremost, I ordered thinking my items would arrive within at least 2 to 3 weeks. I was terribly wrong. I didn't even get tracking information until after a month. The items were awfully sized, smalls were closer to XS and XXS, they look like children's wear. The worst thing is: there's no refund nor exchange. Even on the items that I could return, I would only be given a partial refund. I will NEVER buy from this company again.

The clothes are coming from China, so it takes a long time to arrive. 75% of my items were also on backorder, so they never shipped at all. I ended up shopping at amazon.com come with 1-day delivery instead.

They were quick to respond and refunded most my items as promised. I'm still waiting on one refund, but I think it will come.

I purchased some outfits for my wife for an Anniversary trip we were going on. I ordered the products two and a half weeks before our trip. In todays world, that is more than enough time for shipping. The products did not come in on time, so we didn't have them for our trip. When we got home, my wife tried the panties on that were labeled small and they should have been labeled large. They were very loose and didn't fit. Overall my first and last time as a customer.

I contacted them to find out where my products were but they didn't make it in time.

I like this shirt a lot. It's comfortable and it's a casual look. However it is a little longer in length than I expected, but not too long and it keep you safe when you raise your arms.

Only one product looked cheaper than its photo, otherwise all the other kinky stuff I bought the wife she is happy with.

Many of my items fit perfectly. I did not receive the blazer at all. I was sent a short sleeve button down black shirt in its place. Very unsatisfied with that item.

Horrible delivery time. Not good quality. Horrible compensation for mistakes made on their part. Items will be listed as in stock on their website and days later, they will email you and say the item is out of stock.

They offered me a pathetic $5 coupon for my inconvenience.

So far it was easy as I saw these dresses on Facebook. They don't fit me. I want to return them they offered me 10 % refund and keep dresses. This is not excepable
