Horrible delivery time. Not good quality. Horrible compensation for mistakes made on their part. Items will be listed as in stock on their website and days later, they will email you and say the item is out of stock.
They offered me a pathetic $5 coupon for my inconvenience.
According to the website, the items were beautiful and reasonably priced.
The items looked gorgeous on the website.
DO NOT ORDER FROM FASHION NOVA! If you return an item, they will NOT refund you 100%. The only way you can communicate with them is by email and they take days to respond. They are thieves! Do not waste your money with these fools. If I could rate them at a 0, that would be more deserving. I gave them a 1 because that was the lowest option; however, they do not deserve that.
