I ordered masks on 4/21/20. Their website, at the time, guaranteed we'd receive our order within 7 business days, while other companies took 4-6 weeks. This California based company doesn't provide a customer service phone number, only an email address. I had a question about increasing my order and it took over a week to get it resolved. For 2 weeks, my order was noted on their Order Look up link as "in process." I recv'd an email last week informing me their business isn't a scam so that tells me I'm not the only concerned customer. As of this past weekend, I'm unable to view my order status on their website, I get an error message. My friends are having the same issue and we have sent another email. Still no response and we don't have our masks. I knew and accepted there would be delays, despite their advertisement, but to ignore customers is unprofessional. Buyer beware.
Buyer beware, they have bitten off more than they can handle. They blame delays on shipping, but delays are over a month.
