No star if I could. This company advertises on Facebook, man made sea glass trees. They show pictures of beautiful turquoise, varieties of green, and clear sea glass looking trees with a sea star on the top of tree. Please see the attached pictures. Their offer that I ordered is buy one, get two free for $29.99 with multiple 5 star reviews. I ordered three medium, 8.5" trees and received two 4.5" plastic clear trees that light up. The quality that they advertised and is shown on my receipt isn't what I received. These trees are cheap and nothing more than what you can buy at a dollar store. They also advertised their full refund, without reason, satisfaction guaranteed policy. The email address on my receipt is fake as well, received three failure notice messages. I also tried the email on their site and didn't get a response. Currently disputing this purchase and when I saw their actual email address, I contacted them and they are only offering me 10% off the purchase. Buyers beware.

I ordered masks on 4/21/20. Their website, at the time, guaranteed we'd receive our order within 7 business days, while other companies took 4-6 weeks. This California based company doesn't provide a customer service phone number, only an email address. I had a question about increasing my order and it took over a week to get it resolved. For 2 weeks, my order was noted on their Order Look up link as "in process." I recv'd an email last week informing me their business isn't a scam so that tells me I'm not the only concerned customer. As of this past weekend, I'm unable to view my order status on their website, I get an error message. My friends are having the same issue and we have sent another email. Still no response and we don't have our masks. I knew and accepted there would be delays, despite their advertisement, but to ignore customers is unprofessional. Buyer beware.

I placed an order on cyber Monday. I was quoted the discounted pricing, sales tax and shipping charges were also quoted. I entered my credit card information. When I received the order confirmation, shipping charges were higher. I have been trying to work with their customer service "portal" because there isn't a phone number to call a human being. All responses are scripted and it's really unprofessional.
