I ordered 2 cases of coffee from cheapercoffee. Biz. My credit card was charged weeks before the coffee came. When I placed an inquiry, customer service stated that my coffee was backordered. I threatened to cancel the payment and a case of coffee showed up that week. It contained only 72 pods, not 84 as advertised. I contacted the company several times about the missing 12 coffee pods. I never got an answer. My second case of coffee arrived a few weeks later containing 84 pods.
I have not heard from them in weeks, despite contacting them weekly.
Do not use this site. It is not a reputable site.
Not so good, it used to be super, service 0, wait 25 minutes for coffee, I don't recommend it. At the request of the juice they didn't have the time to heat up the juice for my pregnant wife. That's it for me.
I will never come here again.
Cheapercoffee.biz should get minus 5 stars, they just take your money - no coffee - I placed an order with cheapercoffee.biz on December 19th, 2008 and have not received it as of January 5th, 2009. I realize that it may take longer with the holidays, so I checked my order on their web site to see that they are still processing it. (WHAT! Still processing?) I have e-mailed them four times (NO RESPONSE). I have called five times and only get recordings. Is this a legit company or what? I did speak to a Robert who said he would check and call me back. He never did. They did not waste any time in collecting their money from my credit card. I have paid for my coffee and want it! Also, I would want to be reimbursed for my long distance phone calls and aggrevation. This certainly a company that I WOULD NOT reccomend, nor ever use again! PAY A LITTLE MORE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY AND GET YOUR COFFEE!
