My xbox code is totally unreadable due to poor scan but they help very fast and the customer service is just as fast and very friendly.

Very deceiving website. I tried to buy Gears of war 5 from them, but my first payment with my credit card was declined or like they mentioned it took 20 minutes to process but on the email I got it clearly indicated that the payment was declined and that I needed to use a different way of payment. I tried PayPal with the same result, got a second email telling me again that my payment was declined. After that I bought the game from Microsoft, Later on I noticed that cheapestgamecards had charged my credit card. I can understand payments taking some time to process but the email should have indicated to wait please while the payment process instead of indicating that my payment was declined. Avoid this website please. It isn't worth the stress.

I purchased a game, after 10 days I asked support when I would receive it, they say they don't know. I'm still waiting.

I bought a 60 day time card for World of Warcraft, which ended up being two 30 day cards. I tried using one and it was already used. The second one worked. When I told support one code didn't work, they claimed that they check all their codes. The then proceed to "talk to blizzard" to see if the card was used by me. They get back to me saying that I redeemed both cards, which is BS. If you try to use the same card twice, Blizzard has a prompt telling you that "You already redeemed this." The other card that was redeemed gave me a prompt saying that, "The code was already redeemed." So to say I didn't get my full game time and they scammed me out of it. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. It is not recommended.

This site is completely fraudulent in its payment/purchasing practices.

My own bank refused and cancelled the purchase twice until I contacted them directly where they informed me this site was listed on their Fraud Sites and would only authorize the purchase after I went through 2-step verification with them.

When I could finally make the purchase, the websites own system verified my purchase, but did not send me my code. Instead a few minutes later sent me a "further verification needed" email telling me to send them an ACTUAL PHOTO of my credit card?!?

Sorry, that is scam basics 101. This company is stealing your personal CC information, and if you were dumb enough to actually send them a picture of your CC, they now have your signature as well.

Did you ask them how they protect and keep safe this information? How long they store it for? DO NOT BUY OR TRUST THIS SITE.

They are The Worst! Don't Use.

I am so frustrated with this site. I have been trying to purchase Minecraft for the PC and Sims 3 (with an expansion pack added on) for the PC for the last 2 days as per this post.

First when I placed the order, I tried using one of my visa cards. It did not work. I tried using my paypal instead. That also did not work. I spoke to the Chat representative Lisa who seemed friendly at first but not very helpful as she could not resolve the issue. She suggested waiting 24 hours and trying again.

So I tried again today, first with my paypal. That did not work.

I tried closing out of everything and returning to the site and using one of my visa cards and the site kept taking me through a loop where it would ask me for my card details then take me back to the payment screen. I put in my details 3 times with nothing. It is not my PC as I had tried from two different computers.

Then I tried again (closing out everything and trying again) with my debit card (a completely different card). It seems as though the Minecraft order went through but I'm not sure just yet. When I tried to pay for the Sims game with the same debit card, it put me through the same loop as with my first visa card.

Although I understand there's no particular person at fault, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the site as a whole. The reviews on your site glorified the ease and timeliness of the orders as well as the price and that's what drew me to it. Yet, I have been given so much grief in what should have been an easy order.

Then as a response I was told by Lisa that "please try to contact your Payment provider as we have checked the website and it is working properly."

Not only are they terrible, the customer service is actually really awful. I'm not sure if they just don't understand or what. They just blame the customer and offer no real solutions to the problem. It is obvious that they don't care about really solving the problems of their customers.
