My experience was good...

I ordered something and paid with crypto. 36 hours later i sent 1 ticket on the website and 1 email asking why the order still appears as pending status. NO answer.

Passaram duas semanas após ter efetuado a transferência bancária, sem qualquer tipo de resposta e sem a encomenda. Aconteceu o mesmo a alguém? Tanto tempo sem que tenham recebido a encomenda ou resposta aos e-mails enviados?

I keep sending messages via ticket and no answer. Only one answer more than 10 days ago (after my order) saying: "we will confirm the payment and ship asap". How long is asap? The payment went through, as i do everytime i order.
I sent messages asking to please try to send this week because i did the purchase for a specific moment not for next week or next month. At least you could answer my ticket messages on your website.

I paid 33,91 euros for fast tracking and fast shippinng. At least one simple message saying "sorry we are to busy, we expect to ship in X day".

I understand you may have a big volume of orders or other problem but please be more responsive to customers.
Thats how you build a trust customer relationship.
And please do not answer saying "please for more information send a message via ticket"

I completed my purchase on chemistraybay.nl via btc payment. Still haven't received my order and no one is replying to my email tickets. I believe this company is busy with massive orders, but I'm sure they'll have to checkout my order and complete it within the said period of time. Thanks.
