I was already a previous customer with JM Bullion, so when they introduced CyberMetals, I decided to give it try. Sign up was easy and straightforward and I linked my checking acount with no problem. I made a few purchases of silver (100oz.) I knew at some point a had to go through the verification process so I could withdraw money later, if I decided to sell. The verification process was also easy as I just submitted front and back of my I.D. When it came time to withdraw, the money was in my account in a couple of business days. I would recommend this service to those that don't want to hold actual physical metals.
I only purchased less then 20.00 in product which is fortunate for me after disputing I finally gave up it wasn't worth my time. My advice don't do business with them I believe their scanners, if not the have zero customer service.

This review is for Cybermetals (Dallas, TX):
OK, so I'm writing this after months of waiting for my issues to be addressed. The website works well enough that it seems okay, but I cannot withdraw funds to my bank account. I'd set it up, then later went back in and tried to withdraw - once I'd sold some metals and then transferred a profit cash amount into the general cash pool area (the page is designed well enough that you can only do things set up to be done in that particular place; a good thing). It goes through a certain clear-cut process, so I go through the process, but no dice. Yes to getting funds into the general cash pool area, but no for being able to withdraw them to my bank account.
And there's no Edit button I could find for being able to edit my Autobuy amount.
They use Plaid for the bank transfer connection: I start the transfer. It says to log into Plaid. I do, then choose my bank (I think that's the correct order of steps), tell it to transfer and Plaid says no dice, my bank is already on file with Plaid. YES, it's already on file with them, which is why I was able to choose it as an option in the first place! I can't be the only one having these issues.
The only thing I currently believe I can do is Autobuy metals, then later sell them and have physical metal sent to my house. At this point, I think I'll just be going with OneGold and Stash. Best of luck to this outfit, they need it.

They offer you digital metal ownership with 0 proof of any actual metal on hand.If you try to withdraw your metal you must sell your digital metal and they send you to an alternate site to purchase actual metals. When you attempt purchase the actual metal you lose 20% due to upcharge.Stay away from these bait and switch scammers.
I been buying JM Bullion for years they put out cyber metals backed by legitimate companies hey Mark JM Bullion gave it a try I own precious metals now in the storage facility and Nevada through Cyber Metals legitimate company highly recommend you can cash out anytime fully insured
Tip for consumers:
Investing in Gold and Silver the markets go up and down.
Paul Gibson, the owner, personally delivered my order,
I got the police to help me but costed me a few weeks of work and patience.
Website says they have stock available but unable to deliver, I've been waiting just over a month now for delivery. The director of Cyber Metals, Paul Gibson keeps saying I must give him more time. Clearly I have lost my money!
New member bought $40k so far. Rules say have to get verified before I can get my money out. I've tried to verify 3 times and each time it fails. Until it works you can't withdraw money. So I would say avoid doing business with this company. I hope I wasn't scared out of $40k.
