Order on July 4th. After a few weeks of no updates, I finally reach out. Then they don't respond at all for weeks. When they finally do respond, they update the tracking *that day* to say my box was not only shipped a week prior, but it was delivered. But I never received what I paid for, what arrived was something completely different and something I even told them I didn't want. Since the email they sent saying my package arrived, I've emailed them multiple times a week and haven't gotten a response. Since I was having no luck with email, I sent them a DM on instagram. They only responded that my issues have been noted, not that they will fix them or resolve them in anyway. It's been over a week now and they've read my messages, yet they refuse to respond. This is a horrible company with an incompetent staff. Stay away.
